Adult Observers

October 31, 2007
FIRST LEGO League teams do all the work solving the problems of the challenges.

Today many adults came to see the work in action.

Junior FLL worked on building motorized projects that move.
They are to research the energy use in one room and model some part that moves.

They will research where the energy comes from.

The FIRST LEGO League team worked on building and programming the robot to do the
2007 Power Puzzle challenges.

Dr. Maynard and Dr. Cartwright were interested in a robot lesson with the science methods course
to be coordinated with a lesson at Kellogg Elementary with the 21st Century elementary students.
This valuable learning experience for both audiences was scheduled
to coincide with a visit from the photographer from the Benedum Foundation.

The students at the 21st Century school are experts at working together in groups.

Thanks to some work ahead of time the FLL playing field is in its new table.
