Sound Sensor Data

Barboursville Middle School
January 29, 2004
The red line on the graph on the back ground of this page was from data logging the data from a sound sensor on the LEGO robot. In the quiet room the sound was between 60 and 70 dB.
When every one clapped the readings were between 70 and 90 dB.

The data in the black box was from the three sensors at SENSORSCITY. This data was received back from the program the students sent. Sending programs and getting data back is much as scientists are doing with the Rovers on Mars.
We connected to some Mars Stations to teleoperate rovers on simulated mars terrain to see about what it is like at JPL right now.
