There is a contest to make an Ocean scene.
Perhaps it could be done in mosaics.
Start with some 1 by 1 LEGO blocks
and some ideas
and see what can be done.
Make some fish and such
and put them together.
The WeDo back ground went blub, blub every so often.
Great cooperation.
Estimate how many pieces by first estimating the percent of the back ground is covered.
Each base plate is 16 by 16 studs.
