Two groups worked on the monorail. - one to make the rail and the other to make the vehicle.
I set up the RED ROVER on the Internet from http://lego.marshall.edu
and the camera view of the monorail at the LEGO CITY on http://legocamera.marshall.edu.
We programmed the motor to go until light and then stop.
Then added more to the program so it would go backwards until light,
also.
Then a person could control the monorail back and forth by using
a flashlight.
The programming structure used to have the program go forever was
a "jump".
The monorail can be stopped by pushing the red button.
