LEGO Projects at Culloden Elementary
February 18, 2005
The fifth grade teacher and students saw Marshall University LEGO City
at RTI,
sent programs over the Internet, and received back remote data.
They also wrote RoboLab programs from the RCX in their room.
These programs used data from a light sensor.
One program could do three things and another could do four.
The hard part was the human part to be able to put the right color
under the light sensor at the right order to play a song.
Four fourth graders are ready to help the after school LEGO program.
They can program in RoboLab. They can build with the Cities and Transportation
set instructions.
They know how to see the LEGO City at Marshall University.
And now they have a laptop ready for RoboLab programming.
