Davis Creek LEGO Projects
November 4, 2003
DC worked on three major projects. CAD 7 of Mars Adventure,
SENSORSCITY connection for Thursday and Mission Mars rover recovery.

Explore the Mars terrain was the Computer Aided Design objective for group 7.
That worked nicely with the Mission Mars objective of free the rover from the sand dune.

Though this was a complicated CAD they finished in one morning.

Last week's group drew their picture.

On Thursday a group of young students will be visiting the LEGO City.
These students are practicing sending programs to SENSORSCITY to make the monorail run.

We have both the Mission Mars rover and the Mars Adventure rover
up in the Mars box with the Davis Creek Red Rover.
Juan can see then both from Marshall.

One objective for the FIRST LEGO League Mission Mars
is to free a rover off a sand dune.  It is not a straight run from base.

But the plan works.
