Two Touch Rover
February 24, 2004
Davis Creek 5 th grade

Three of us tried to make a tread rover from the old team set using the new team set instructions.
First there are not enough axle connectors so we will just use bushings on one end.
This set is missing a short wire so we used one long wire on one of the touch sensors.
We could have used some more 6 axles but the long ones did give us room to wrap the wire.
A number 2 straight axle connector would have been nice. We fixed up the bumper with long black connectors.

After trying a loop for 5 times we realized one side
stops before the other depending on which gets touched most.
So we tried for a certain time.  But again one stops a bit before the other.

Going forever with jumps works but the rover does not ever stop.

It turned out that programming to just turning off RCX does not work without stopping tasks first.
