Lighting of the Lights at Marshall University

November 30, 2006

Students that are going to do their robotics challenges for FIRST LEGO League 2006 Nano Quest
demonstrated their robots and programs for the people that came for the Marshall lights.

The very little liked the bots, too.

The playing field has 9 missions.

The bots start in base for the contest
but they work well on the floor for demonstrations.

The FLL contest also has a research component that the students are to report on and do a presentation.

People from all parts of  Marshall came.

RTI and WVSGC supported this year's FLL.

Santa got to see the bots.

The Junior FIRST LEGO League topic was scale.
Projects were to be built in 3 scales.

People of all ages got to run the robots.

The team worked together to practice for the WV tournament team building project.

Operate the LEGO SENSORSCITY and rover.
