HUNTINGTON — The city’s railroad underpass at 8th Street was temporarily closed Friday, Sept. 25.

The closure followed a tractor-trailer getting stuck as it traveled underneath.

Cabell County 911 believed the underpass remained closed at 10 a.m. Alternative routes are underpasses at 10th Street or 1st Street.
