There were three choices of projects for today.
One was to see how far cars could go with different length pushers.
Another project used pulley on the wheel axle to turn an indicator.
The third was to make a lawn mover with different gear ratios.
8 tooth gear driving 40 tooth was very slow.
40 tooth driving 40 tooth gear was ok.
40 tooth gear driving 8 tooth gear was FAST!
A large drive gear really speeds up the works.
