Rover Tests
May 30, 2003
These Rovers are like the ones used on Red Rover sites.  They have different gearing and pulleys.
We set them each up with an RCX and programmed them to move 2 seconds.

The slowest one is at the site now.
This is 1,2,3 order.
These look as if they have solar panels.
The one we think would be best has a pulley from the geared down motor to a larger pulley that is
on the same axle as an 8 tooth gear that drives the 40 tooth gears on the axles with the wheels.
Three different gear trains. The two on the right have regular motors.
We had to try a flinger.
Worked the first time!   But only the first time.
Bye
