LOOPS

Loops are sensors used for traffic light control at intersections that have traffic
that is heavy or light at different times and where there are many turn lanes.

The the loop is completed so the current flows when a car is stopped over it.

The turn lane loops are long so that the program can determine
if there is still a car in the turn lane on the yellow light.

At the big intersection on Hal Greer there are many traffic signals to coordinate.
