Balance

First we made two see saws.

One balanced and the other did not.  The same amount of the beam has to be on each side.

Then we tried out many different amounts of blocks on each side.

We had to move around the piles to find the spots that worked.

Same amounts have to look like they mirror.
Different amount on each side have to have the heavier parts closer.
