Estimation
at Spring Hill
January 11, 2002
How many bumps ( studs) are there on the green plate?
The blue plate is 8 long. So the green looks 16 by 32.
Estimate by multiplying 20 by 30.

Taking the ghost ride apart is made a bit more of a challenge by
trying to first estimate how many pieces it had.

To check each person gathered and counted a group - red, blue, gray,
axles, electric.

How many do you think? We recorded the subtotals and will check
next week.

Then we will start on the merry go round that also goes up and down.
