Light Follower

April 6, 2006
Today the students at Spring Hill built a light follower.  The design calls for two light sensors to be used.
The values of the light sensors are compared.  The direction that the robot travels depends on this comparison.
Clever gearing allows one motor to make the robot go forward and turn in either direction.

A flashlight was used to lead the robot.

The students led the robot down the hall, made it turn around,
and follow the flashlight back to the room.
