Gate at Spring Hill

The fifth grade are starting the gate project.
The goal is to have the gate open until it touches the top touch sensor,
wait, and then lower until it ouches the bottom touch sensor.


The added goal is to have the gate open only when the red key is placed under the light sensor.

Checking in on the LEGO City at Marshall,
we can see the gate between the City and Mars Station.

There is also the New Year's Ball to drop.

The fourth graders are going to continue the work on the light sensor program.

A fork for light sensor in the program has the top string followed 
if the light sensor reading is above a given number and the lower if the reading is equal or less.
The program takes two forks.
The students also worked on all the shapes that can be made of one, two, three, four, and five squares.

Putting them all together can be the Blockus game.
