These groups built gates and cars as I got RoboLab up.
There is a gate to lower and raise at the RTI LEGO City.

First we ran the motors one way then the other.
Then we used sensors to control two different gates.
If a condition happens then the programs goes on to the next step.
They figure out the programming quickly.
