Intelligent Transportation Systems Using LEGO Robotics

Traffic signals use inputs from sensors such a loops

and touch buttons

to determine when the lights are red, green, and yellow.

This Intelligent vehicle is programmed to follow the light.

The monorail is also programmed to respond to light sensor readings.

The speed trap program  uses 2 light sensors.

There are also a gate and traffic signals that have been programmed on the RCX - the LEGO computer.

The partnering of RTI and Student Aspect School again has shown great results.
