LEGO ROBOTICS DATALOGGERS CAMP

August 4, 2006

This week has worked the way it was supposed to work.
Students learned to work together to figure out strategies and program robots to do missions.

With a little encouragement from adults they handled all sorts of complications.

The the RCX and NXT were tried out.
Put the purple on the bear.

Both the NXT and the RCX can do the missions.

The NXT is a bit more trouble.

It is interesting that when there are half as many students this week as last
they get twice as many points.  I have always thought that small groups are better than large.

The bots and

their humans.
Many teams are getting seasoned members from this camp.

The adults talked about how to set up and work with FLL teams.

LEGO City viewed from the camp.

A trip to the LEGO City.
