LEGO Technology Building
July 30 - Aug 3 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
3rd to 8th graders will build LEGO gears, pulleys, levers, wheels
and axles into machines to solve a hundred challenges.
Learn about engineering through hands-on experience with LEGO Education materials.
Available to Students in Grades 3-8
Course Limit: 12 Students. Cost: $89 (10% discount for children of
MU employees)
City Sights -Program LEGO Robotics
August 6-10 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Students build and program environmentally-friendly robots to perform
tasks of the FIRST LEGO League City Sights Challenges.
Students participate in small-team design projects while fostering
an understanding of science and physical principles for robotics building
and computer programming in RoboLab. Projects are structured to allow students
to work in an open-ended, investigative environment while having fun working
in a team.
Available to Students in Grades 4th up.
