Touch Sensors for Remote Control

February 11, 2009

Today the 4th graders learned about task split and jumps.
They worked together to get a program working one computer.
Then they passed on the information so all 4 group's programs worked.

They uploaded the program

and attached two touch sensors.

Now they can drive their RoboRovers around the floor.

The trick was to control the rovers from red to blue and back.

Next week they will use light sensors and graphed data to work the way a trundle wheel does.
