There are six different combinations of gear trains on these Governors
In order of slowest to fastest they are 8 tooth drives 40, 8 drives 24,
24 drives 40, 40 drives 24, 24 drives 8 and 40 drives 8.
That is also the order from easiest the hardest to turn.
