Chair Angles

October 6, 2010

There is an App on iPad For scoring FLL 2010. We will use this Friday.

Fourth grade is going to build the chair today.
I should have put mine away yesterday instead of carrying it outside
and unknowingly dropping some pieces in the parking lot. - They got run over!

Triangle in the new blue set and my favorite red motorized Simple Machine sets.
Triangles are stable.

Four side polygons are NOT!

We are making measurements with the chair project.

After getting 6 angle measurements and graphing them
we figure out what the 7th would be.
3 holes one way and 5 holes the other.Taping the protractor on helps keep it still.
Then we check to see how close we are.
