I have finally found it within myself
to venture away from the island and try to make it home. I am going to
use the things I have learned in this adventure. My rescue device is...
a helicopter
that uses electrical energy. We used gears to turn the axels.
That made the blades turn. One person pushes the button on
the motor to make it run. We used crown gears to make right
angles and pulleys to make the back blade turn. We used bigger pulleys
to smaller pulleys to make close to the same speed for the blades.
The front of the helicopter are 1x10 plates. We made a roof so they
could be protected from weather. We put a pulley on the front to
look like a light. We had to work to get the gears to work.
