As the string pulls the arm up the sticking out axle is pressed
so that if there is a ball it will drop.
This part moves by sliding up and down around the verticle beams.
Place it over the uprights before adding the connectors and top.
Build this hand, turn it upside down and connect it
with just one
connector where the connector is on the top.
