LEGO Projects
September 12, 2001 This year students in the 4th grade and in the 4th grade TAG class will do some LEGO projects.
eLab will be the projects for 4th grade.
Some of the students helped go through the teacher material and
LEGO pieces to see what is to be done to get ready for this year.
Students from many schools worked on the simple machine sets.
One group made a scale with levers. Another used a pulley for a crane.
Gears were used for the merry-go-round.
The winch pulled up onto wheels as rollers to reduce friction.
The pneumatics set can make levers move by air power.
