From Here to Mars and Back

These students did a great job of pretenting they were science teachers

as they listened to the presentation and watched the rocket launch in the news.

Then they got into the act running Red Rover software and operating the rovers.

From Mars back to the city.

They got onto SENSROSCITY and operated over the internet, too.

In fact, when the next group came in from the 4th grade we spent a session on SENSORSCITY planning what would go up next.  For St. Patrick's Day there is a shamrock and a pot of gold. (The Shamrock is operated on port C.) For the end of the month there is a bunny crossing sign on the shamrock and and a rabbit for the car count scenario.
