We met with Chef Joe Crockett, one of the assistant's involved when
Jamie Oliver was here in Huntington, WV.
He at the Huntington's Kitchen and talked to us about FOOD Safety.
Different cutting boards for different food.
Proper temperatures for each food.
Pans air dry. Different towels for different jobs.
Everything is dated.

They decided on Neon Noodles for their name.
