Models can not be kept indefinitely since the elements are reused for
other projects the students can make a virtual model on LEGO CAD software.
LEGO CAD is a software package that provides a way to use the computer
to keep an exact drawing of the actual model. It has the advantage of being
dynamic and the model can be rotated to various points of view. Models
can also be downloaded for publishing and/or construction. Others that
have LEGO CAD software can reproduce the projects from the downloaded .leg
files. Schools can work across the Internet to exchange files and ideas.
