I'm working on aberrant calponin expression in rhabdomyosarcoma tumor cells. By manipulating calponin expression in these cells, their malignant characteristics can be alleviated. On a molecular level, defining the signaling pathways involved in this phenomenom could >provide the basis for clinical treatments for this and other soft tissue tumors. |
